2. Your order shall be processed and a confirmation of your order shall be sent out within 48 hours. If we fail to send you a confirmation, please send us another email.

3. After receiving payment, the items will be posted out on the next available delivery date which will be announced. We will notify you through email.

PAYMENT

1. Payment can be made through cash deposit or online banking to our Maybank account. COD arrangements will be made through email.

2. Customers have 3 days to make payment before the item is released for sale again.

3. Upon the transfer of payment, kindly provide us through email the details of your payment.

PRE ORDER MUST KNOW

1. Items availability will be confirmed by the supplier only after the closing date of pre-order.

2. If the item is out of stock, you can change the color of your order or to another design which has the same amount that you've been made.

3. Stocks will be arrived in 3-4 weeks after pre-order end. Please order ONLY if you are willing to wait for these periods.

4.Any delay / early arrival of clothes will be announced on blog.

DELIVERY METHODS

1. Upon receipt of payment, the items will be posted out on the next available delivery date.

2. We normally use POSLAJU and will notify you through email after the item has been posted.
